Bounteous Dinner

Last night was a feast, at least for the grownups who have an appreciation for vegetables. And, a celebration of our first "harvest".

Garden Salad.
Fresh-from-the-garden cucumber, tomatoes, basil, chives, and parsley.
Topped with a fresh olive oil, white wine vinegar & mustard dressing, and goat cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Potatoes, sweet peppers, zucchini, yellow onion, mushroom, garlic cloves,
and basil & parsley from the garden.
Tossed (by hand) in olive oil, sea salt and pepper.

Into the grilling basket, accompanied by BBQ chicken.

I am afraid I over-indulged. But, hey, it was a healthy indulgence :)
