Turns out to have been the same thieves who the night before grabbed the DS charger and our orange dishwashing sponge. A nice neighbor found them and brought them back for us. I decided to take a proactive approach and give an offering of grapes in the hopes they would stay off our table. It worked, and another band of thieves came to take advantage.
We had a potluck dinner with my brothers and their families, with lots of yummy home-made Mexican food.
